A simple BLAST interface for various Drosophila genomes

Note: I cannot promise that this is current. I'll try.

Be warned that long queries may timeout your browser.

Also, be warned that everything here is preliminary and that not all contigs will remain as they are presently assembled.

These assemblies are NOT public domain yet, although they eventually will be and the trace files can be found at NCBI.
